Sighting:
My boat was docked at Lake Norman Marina. My friend and I were swimming in middle of the lake, my boat was anchored. My friend Scott was at rear of boat, I was in front. He screamed and immediately got in boat. I climbed in and asked him why he freaked out! He said, something big and black swam between his legs!
Flathead catfish maybe? They get huge!
