While anchored near a cove close to my friend’s house, many of us were floating in the water, tubing and just lounging on the boat deck when I saw what looked like a bald human head come out of the water for a brief second then go back under the water. I wasn’t sure about what i had seen, but another friend on the boat said she just saw the same thing. I know what I saw and that’s a fact.
